1.1. Authentication Data:

Client ID — used to create an internal email address
Password — stored in encrypted form in Supabase
User ID — unique user identifier generated by Supabase

1.2. Well-being Data (Check-Ins):

Well-being Rating — scale from 1 to 5
Text Notes — your notes about your condition
Date and Time — when the entry was made

This data is stored locally on your device for the last 30 days.

1.3. Reminder Settings (Prompts):

Selected Days of the Week (when configuring custom schedule)

This data is saved locally and synchronized with Supabase.

1.4. Analytics Data (via Firebase Analytics):

App Usage Events — for example, "rating submitted"
Event Parameters — rating value, presence of text in entry
Anonymized User ID — to link events to a specific user

This data is used only to improve the app and does not contain personal information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

Authentication — ensuring secure access to your account
App Functionality — storing your well-being entries and reminders
Local Notifications — sending reminders at your scheduled times
Analytics and Improvement — analyzing app usage to enhance it
Report Generation — creating PDF reports of your progress (data remains on your device)

3. Where Your Data is Stored

3.1. Local Storage:

Most data (well-being entries for the last 30 days, settings) is stored locally on your device using Capacitor Preferences. This data is protected by standard iOS/Android security mechanisms.

3.2. Supabase (Cloud Storage):

Credentials and reminder settings are stored on secure Supabase servers. Supabase uses data encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Learn more about Supabase security: supabase.com/security

3.3. Firebase Analytics:

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We share data with the following third parties:

Supabase — for authentication and settings storage. Supabase complies with security and privacy standards.
Firebase/Google Analytics — for collecting anonymized usage statistics to improve the app.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Push Notifications

The app uses Local Notifications for reminders. These notifications are generated and sent by your device; no data is transmitted to external servers for notification delivery.

6. Data Security

We implement the following security measures:

Local storage of sensitive data using device secure storage

Well-being data (check-ins) is automatically deleted from local storage after 30 days. Reminder settings and credentials are stored until you delete them or your account.
